Job description

Medium Security Prison
3-5 days per week. 8, 10, or 12 hr shifts
20 min med checks / 45 min - 1 hr evals
Depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia
Provider sees patients at clinic or within residential unit
Medicare and Medicaid is Required
Travel and Lodging provided
Malpractice Insurance Covered

• Part-time or Full-time Coverage, flexible on 8, 10, or 12 hr shifts
• Provider will see patients at the medical clinic on site or within residential treatment unit
