Start: February

26-week assignment with the option to extend

Schedule: Looking for one provider to work full time in Vascular Surgery. 4/10s per week, 7 days required 24 hour call per month

Work Details:
• Support staff: Yes
• Patients per shift: 8-12
• Providers Requested: 1
• Department description: Trauma Level 2 Facility
• EMR: Epic
• Skills required: Vascular Surgery Background

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• License required: Active WA License, Compact for NP’s
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
