Schedule: Looking for one full time APP provider for the Everett PMG Cardiology group. Provider will work Clinic and
call. Schedule would be 2-3 days of clinic a week with 2 days call or 2-3 days call and only 2 days clinic.
Hospital Mon – Sun 7a – 5p, Clinic Mon – Fri, 8a – 4:30p

Practice Setting:

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or Compact
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
