Location: Spokane

Start: March

13 week assignment

Schedule: Schedule is 7 days inpatient, one week a month. Shifts are Tuesday 7a – Tuesday 7a. Scheduled week is variable. Night call will be phone consults only, provider will not be called back in

· Patients per shift: 11-15
· Providers Requested: 1
· Department description: Nurse Practitioner Cardiology Advanced Heart Failure
· EMR: Epic

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
