University Department of Anesthesiology is seeking an additional faculty Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist. Applicants must have completed CT fellowship training and be ABA board certified or board eligible. Responsibilities include patient care and instruction of residents and medical students. Participation in clinical/basic research is expected.
The Department of Anesthesiology serves the University, the premier regional referral center for West Virginia and parts of Pennsylvania and Maryland. The institution offers a collaborative professional environment, some of the world's most advanced technology, and highly regarded programs in neurosurgery, pediatric cardiothoracic surgery, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, cancer, and a growing cardiothoracic practice.
Title and academic rank will be commensurate with experience.
