Location: Northwest Iowa, regional hub for business, employment, industry, retail trade, medical care, educational opportunities and tourism. Facility: An integrated system of member hospitals in Iowa and other health and patient care facilities united into one operating organization to improve the delivery of healthcare services to the people of Iowa and surrounding communities Opportunity: Start Date: June 3, 2024 Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p Weekend call is NOT required, but optional if your provider is interested! Hospital-based Reason for coverage: Summer 2024 coverage EMR: Cerner CRNA will be working with limited supervision Average # of surgical cases per day: approx 15+ out of the department (endo, cath lab, radiology, etc) Trauma level 2 OR staff staffed 24/7 with RN and CST 11 operating rooms Adult demographic Temp/emergency privs available. ~30 days for typical process Willing to pay for full travel See PD for additional information Open to experienced or new grads - willing to train Open to Locum, Locum to Perm, or Perm Compensation: Malpractice (included in rates) Orientation Hourly Holiday Overtime (OT kicks in after 8 hours) Holiday Overtime On Call (Daily) - **only needed if provider is open to weekend call coverage** 24 Hour Holiday Call **only needed if provider is open to weekend call coverage** Call Back - **only needed if provider is open to weekend call coverage** Holiday Call Back - **only needed if provider is open to weekend call coverage** Conversion Fee ($15k Cap)
