Anesthesiologist in New Braunfels, TX

Location: New Braunfels, TX

Start Date: Seeking September starts (credentialing period is a full 90 days)

End Date: Ongoing

Length of Commitment: A 3-month commitment upfront is preferred, with the option to extend for a longer duration.

Shifts:

Options of 3 x 12-hour shifts or 4 x 12-hour shifts per week.
Overtime for 3 x 12-hour shifts is paid after 40 hours.
Overtime for 4 x 12-hour shifts is paid after 48 hours.
No on-call duties.
Case Types:

Primarily Orthopedic cases and Blocks.
Anesthesia Model: Supervision

MD to CRNA Ratio: 1:4

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) System: Medaxion

Rate: $315 per hour

Requirements:

Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Texas.
Board certification in Anesthesiology.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based model, supervising CRNAs.
Strong competency in performing orthopedic anesthesia and regional blocks.
