Job description

Locum Anesthesiologist needed to start as soon as credentialed - Tyler, TX

Practice Setting: Level 1 Trauma and floating to outpatient center.
Coverage Needed: Full-time preferred. Will consider 2 week on/2week off rotation.
Available Schedule: (5) 8hr shifts per week
Call is 1:7 In-house. 1:7 CV Pager Call.
Pager Call is not in-house. 2 Call Teams – Cardiac Call Team and Trauma Call Team.
Post call day off for Trauma Call only, not for Cardiac.
Case Mix: Neuro, Cardiac, Vascular, OB. Everything except transplants.
Practice Model: Mostly Medical Direction. Some Supervision on call, some solo cases.
Credentialing Timeframe: Approx. 60-90 days to process a completed credentialing application.
