• Length of contract: Ongoing
• Start date: 10/7/24
• Support staff: Medical Director (Colon & Rectal surgeon) on-site. Working with seasoned CRNAs
• Coverage Type: scheduled hours *Coverage: - Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec TBD
• Schedule Details: Schedule: 6a-4p Mon-Fri. OR Start Time 0700 with typical day 6am to 4pm, with occasional patient discharge going longer. No Call, no weekends.

Current Annual Case Volume —6,500
*AVG Outpatient per Day: 20-45
*10% peds - from age 6-months, ENT, eye muscles, some general surgery, and sports injuries/orthopedics
• Patient Age Group: 6 months+. Will see children ages 6-months and up for ENT and ophthalmology cases, and occasional general surgery so the provider must be proficient with peds. 90% adults
• Procedures: *Pediatric Anesthesia (age 6 months +) *Regional Anesthesia Blocks (PECs, Popliteal, Saphenous, Interscalene). Endoscopies, ENT, General Surgery, GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Uro-GYN. 100% Multi-Specialty Surgical Cases: Endoscopies, ENT, General Surgery, GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Uro-GYN
*No vascular, no cardiology
*Chart review and CRNA oversight *Fast-paced environment. Covering a variety of rooms with at least 1 pediatric room (ENT, eyes). Performing chart reviews for upcoming cases.
Working with the Sr Anesthesiologist, Unit Director & Sr Director of the facility.

Requirements:

• State License(s): PA
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• CSR Req’d: no
