Anesthesiologist needed in NY

Schedule:
*** Full Time Providers M-F (shifts vary but minimum 40hrs per week.)
-Average day is 8-10hrs. while longer days can run 12-15 hours
- 1x24hr. in house call shift every 6 nights (this is for Trauma, General & Backup on OB) Post call off. *CRNA's do Epidurals, MDs do C-Sections
-1 backup pager call per week (infrequent call back)
- On back up pager call typically one in every 7-8 nights
-There is not necessarily shift work here as the days depend on OR Flow

Unit Details:
- Case Mix: General, Level 1 Trauma, ENT, Breast, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Vascular, Neuro, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Thoracic, Gastro, Colorectal, Endo, Dental
*5,100 cases per year
*8 ORs, 2 ENDO, 4 LDR, 2 LD OR, 1 NORA per day
*420+ beds
- Level 1 Trauma

Requirements:
BC- Yes (BE if in process)
ACLS
PALS
Credentialing timeframe: 60 days

• Rates starting at $340/hr
• Level 1 Trauma
• 5,100 cases per year
