About the clinician's workday
This 12-week assignment involves a variety of cases, including General, Neuro, Ortho, OB, and Pediatrics, requiring board certification or fellowship. Candidates must already hold a state license, as the position does not accept those needing to obtain one. The role operates on a PRN basis with preferred in-house call and on-call pager duties during weeknights and weekends. No overtime is expected. The hospital uses the iPro charting system and has 12 anesthesia rooms, where MDs both supervise CRNAs at a 2:1 ratio and perform their own cases. The estimated privileging timeframe is 30 days.
