Schedule: Prefer candidates willing to cover at least three weeks per month. Must be willing to take call and share it equally with all staff. We will not accept candidates within 90 miles of the facility.

· Skills required: general, adult, spinal, epidural, regional, obstetrical, neurological, open heart, thoracic, complex vascular, complex orthopedic, pain management techniques, post-op epidural, post-op extremity blocks, vent management, central line placement, arterial line placement, PA catheter placement, CRNA supervision
Practice Setting:

Requirements:
· Board Certification: No
· License required: Active NM License
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
