Location: Carson City, NV
*Facility is willing to license out-of-state physicians

Contract Details:
- $325-$350/hour
- 3 month contract with potential to extend
- ASAP start date after credentialing
- Full time hours available between Monday and Friday + call
- CRNA supervision

Requirements:
- Board Certification
- Unrestricted DEA and CSR
- Experience with cardiac, ortho, OB, healthy peds, END, neuro, and vascular thoracic cases
- Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
