Facility in Omaha, NE seeking Anesthesiology locums coverage

Rates: 400/hr

Position Overview:
Facility is seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage due to a staffing shortage. This position involves working in a hospital setting performing independent anesthesia cases with a backup anesthesiologist on-site.
Responsibilities:
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm.
8-hour shifts are also available.
Case Load:
The facility performs 3,600 IP/OP surgeries per year.
Required procedures include Ortho, Spine, Gynecology, Urology, and gastric bypass. Minimal vascular cases. No pediatric cases.
Support Staff:
Anesthesia providers, CRNA, and Anesthesia Tech.
Qualifications:
Certification:
Board Certified - Required.
ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA - Required.
Licensing:
Active Nebraska License - Required.
Fellowship - Required.
Experience: Clean malpractice history is preferred.
Availability: Must be available at the time of name clear.
Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: Within 60 days.
Credentialing with Other Facilities: Yes, Nebraska Spine Hospital.
