A busy hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.
About the facility location
Ride the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad for a journey through scenic countryside, and explore the C&O Canal National Historical Park for hiking, biking, and history.
About the clinician's workday
Shifts are 8 hours, Monday to Friday, with one weekend per month on call. Cases include OB, Ortho, General, Urology, GYN, optional Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular, with supervision at a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio and cardiac cases handled independently. There is no overtime, and charting is done using Meditech and Centricity EMR. There are 10 locations daily with 20 rooms, and privileges take 2-4 weeks to obtain.
