Docs supervise CRNAS
Type of Cases- cardiac, gen, ortho, OB, urology, GI, podiatry, healthy peds, ENT, neuro, vascular thoracic
Spinals, blocks, epidurals- must be proficient- Yes
Case logs required- Yes proof of epidurals, spinals & blocks
Number of providers supporting during day 3 MDs, 10 CRNAs
Number of OR's 7a-3p - 11 sites incl. OB; 3p-5p- 5 sites incl. OB; 5p-7p - 3 sites incl. OB
EMR- EPIC
Vaccination requirement- Flu shot, COVID Proofs (or declination), and 2 Negative TB test/Quantiferin; Varicella
Licensure/other requirements- NV CSR and DEA required; no TEE cert required
