2 Anesthesiologists Needed in IL

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Start: October

13- week assignment

Shift Details: Scheduled Clinical Shifts PLUS CALL

Work Details:
· Support staff: RN 2, MA 2, PA/NP 3, Office Staff 1
· Amount of coverage needed per month:
· Patients per day: 6
· Department description: Inpatient, trauma level II; BEEPER call, 30 min response time. 50% call back
· EMR: Epic
· Hospital bed size: 10

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
· Board Certification: REQUIRED
· License required: Licensed in IN or IMLC
· PCF required for state of Indiana
· Certifications required: ACLS, ABLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
