Location: Northeastern Illinois, approximately 36 miles southwest of downtown Chicago. It's part of the Chicago metropolitan area, offering residents access to the amenities of a major city while enjoying a suburban lifestyle. Facility: A 348-bed acute care hospital in New Lenox, IL and 12 satellite facilities providing outpatient services and physician offices. Regional medical center serving Chicago’s southwest suburban communities. Opportunity: Turnover rate - very low General structure of the team - 1/CRNA care model Open for full-time permanent positions with weekend coverage Shift times are variable with a potential for call How often is the weekend schedule? The call is 24 hours and there is an incentive attached to it. Approximately 2-3 calls a month. Spinals and epidurals can be done by CRNAs, all nerve blocks are done by 1s. Pre-ops are mostly done by the 1s unless it’s a MAC case where the CRNAs can do it. Trauma level II 10 ORs Patient age demographic: pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric Required procedures: General surgical cases, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, OB cases, neurosurgical cases EMR: Cerner Compensation: Competitive salary that recognizes high performance, knowledge and career experiences.
