Work Shifts:

M-F : 7a-5p

Sat/Sun : 7a-7a (24h call shift)



CALL SHIFTS:

Annual call requirements are divided equitably and transparently among the # of doctors divided by 365. Average call is one WEEKDAY night per week and TWO WEEKEND nights (one saturday and one sunday) per month. Call is transparent, totaled, and posted for all to review.

Weekday call is IN HOUSE, starting at 3pm, ending at 7am.

Post call day OFF

Weekend call is IN HOUSE, either SATURDAY or SUNDAY, 7am to 7am (24h).

Weekend calls CAN BE taken consecutively, if desired. It is generally taken as a Saturday on week one, Sunday on week two, no additional weekend calls for 4 weeks thereafter.

There is NO BEEPER CALL.

· Expert in Ultrasound regional anesthesia

· Expert in Ultrasound Vascular access

· Expert in OB Anesthesia

· Expert in Thoracic Anesthesia

May Physician work in a Supervisory Only capacity or expected to work own cases: Supv main OR, perform own cases in OB.

PHYSICIAN RAN OB LABOR EPIDURAL SERVICE. PHYSICIANS PERFORM LABOR EPIDURALS.

Supervision ratio is usually 1:4, sometimes 1: 3.
