Cases: Bread and butter, no hearts, Orthopedic, General, Bariatric, GI, urology, neuro, minimal OB, very minimal healthy peds.
What is the ratio for Supervision? 1:4
How many rooms? 6 ORs; 2 cath labs; 2GI rooms; 1TEE room; 1c section room; 1 hybrid room
Charting - Cerner
How long to privilege? 2 months
Rate: $190-200
CRNA, PA license, ACLS, BLS, PALS and COVID vaccine required
