• Support staff: Medical Direction Model with Attending Anesthesiologist
• Coverage Type: Main OR, Same Day OP Center and Off-Site Anesthesia
• Schedule Details: Mon - Fri | No Call

• Avg. Daily Census: AVG Number of Cases: 14,000
• Patient Age Group: Does Healthy peds as well as adult cases. No complex pediatric cases
• Procedures: Main OR, Same Day OP Center and Off-Site Anesthesia. Typical Cases: Spine Procedures, Thoracic, Complex Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, Vascular, Neurosurgery, General Surgery and ENT
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: NBCRNA
• State License(s): willing to license
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALs, CPR
• CSR Req’d: no
• DEA Req’d?: no
• Years of Experience Req’d: 2
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
