Location: Wellsboro, PA

Start date: ASAP

3 month assignment with option to extend

• Support staff: Other specialties on-site: General Surgery, Podiatry, ENT, Ortho, OB, Urology
• Coverage Type: on call and scheduled hours. Bread and butter cases, out early often on non call days. Light call.
• Schedule Details: full time - typically 1:4 call, occasional 1:3. Shifts:
M-F Day Shift: 6am-3pm
Friday Night Call: 3pm-7am
Sat/Sun 24 Hour Call: 7AM-7AM
Avg weekday/weekend call: 0-5

Work Details:
• Facility Type: Hospital
• EMR/Charting Software: Surginet
• Patient Age Group: 95% adults 5% peds
• Procedures: epidural trained - practice autonomously. Types of Cases: 100% Surgical, Ortho, Podiatry, Gen Surg, Urology, OB, & ENT

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC
• State License(s): PA license
• Certifications: ACLS/BLS/PALS
• Years of Experience Req’d: 2

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
