About the clinician's workday

The schedule is Monday - Friday with 5x8s. The cases include administering general, MAC, and spinal anesthesia. As far as kind of cases, the site will work with each candidate to see what they are comfortable with. The cases include adults, pediatric, geriatric, general surgery, CV, neuro, ENT, ortho, OB/GYN, urology, etc. As CRNAs, we are involved in C-Sections but do not place epidurals. Cardiac cases are available to Locums but not required. Credentialing takes 30 - 45 days.

Additional job details

• Case load/PPD: As a department 50-70 cases a day on average. Each CRNA would do 5-7 cases a day in the OR, around 15-20 in Endo
• Patient population: All Ages
• Location type: On-Site
• Prescriptive authority required: No
• % Hands on: 0%
• Supervision/medical direction: Medical Direction
• Staffing model: MD to CRNA ratio = 4:1
