Shift Details: 7a-3pm, Mon-Fri; Will be working 8hr shifts + OT as needed to finish up the OR on busy days

Work Details:
· Support Staff: MD supervising 7a-5p Mon-Fri. There is 1 MD to 3-4 CRNAs.
· Patients per day: 3-4 ORs daily
· Department Description: Mix of Independent and supervision. CRNAs work independently on call. Call is 1:4.
· EMR: Meditech, Paper
· Skills Required: General, Endo, ortho and NO OB
Practice Setting:

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: NY license needed
· Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP. Provider needs to be clean. NAME CLEAR IS REQUIRED. Send the name only.
