CRNA Needed in NY (Pain Management)

Job description

Location: Utica, NY

13-week assignment

Start: ASAP

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Mondays (clinic doing injections) T-F (Surg Center administering anes)

· Support staff: Nursing staff to assist and help prep

Work Details:
· Practice Setting: Pain Management Clinic

· Department Details:
o Surgery Days: 3-4 days per week
o 7-8/week pain management
o 10 podiatry cases every other week
o Neurosurgeon that does 2-3 cases a month (spinal fusions, SI joint infusions)
o Pain Clinic Days: 1-2 days per week
o 10-15 injections/day
o Procedure suite at the office

Requirements:
· Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: NBCRNA
· State License(s): NY
CSR Req’d: Yes
· DEA Req’d?: Yes
· Years of Experience Req’d:1-2

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 months
