• Shifts: 7a-3p
• 1:6 call with post call day off, optional but preferred
• Case mix: General Surgery, Endoscopy, Vascular, OB, Ortho, Bariatric Surgery, Uro/Gyn
• No hearts, Neurosurgery, or Thoracic
