There are many fun and unique sites to see while on assignment in Northern Michigan! Visit Mackinac Island, Mountain of Sand, or the National Lakeshore!
About the clinician's workday
Cases start at 7:30am and are normally done by 4:00pm. The schedule is Mon-Thurs (coverage Hours 7a-4p M-Th) and Friday 8am to Noon. Hours over 40 are overtime. The EMR system is Cerner. The cases include endoscopy, general surgery, surgical podiatry, orthopedics, ENT, urology, interventional radiology (veins mostly), cardioversions, subarachnoid blocks, and upper and lower extremity blocks.
