About the clinician's workday

The facility operates with an 8-hour day defined as 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and can offer 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. While call is preferred, it is not required. The practice follows a collaborative model, typically providing 3:1 coverage. Proficiency with the EPIC system is a must. The types of cases handled include general, orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, ENT, OB/GYN, and urological procedures, with no cardiac cases.
