Job description

Locations: Terre Haute, Jasper, Logansport, Kendallville, Lagrange, Angola, Ft. Wayne, & Angola

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Shifts/Schedules: Varies by location

Cases vary by location

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

EMR System: Epic

Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated/accepting religious/medical exemptions

Licenses: ACLS, BLS, PALS
