CRNA/Anesthesiologist Needed in IN

Job description

I have a client in Angola, IN who's seeking an experienced CRNA and Anesthesiologist for locum coverage starting in October. Here are some of the job details.

Start Date: October

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift Details: Scheduled- On Call required (PENDING CLARIFICATION)
• Daily Model Options: Either/Or
o 1 MD & 2 CRNAs on Mondays, 3 CRNAs Tues-Friday
• Or
o 1 MD Mon-Fri. 2 CRNA's Monday-Fri.

Call Details:
• Call Coverage from 5pm-7am on weeknights, first out post call. Weekend call *REQUIRED and open to all providers
• Weekly Call Rotation: Call Starts 5pm at least once a week with the start up, sometimes twice a week- looking for flexibility in providers
• Weekend Call Rotation: All weekends open for start-up phase

Work Details:
· Support Staff: Not Supervising CRNAs and MDs have the same autonomy, CRNAs work independently, MD’s handle the podiatry cases
· Patients per day: ~2800 annually, Mostly General Ortho, OB (~275 deliveries/year) GYN, Opth. Podiatry
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital Bed size: 25
· Special Procedures: General, Ortho, OB, GYN, Opth. Podiatry
· Skills Required: Epidural & Regional/ Spinal Blocks

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC Anes.
· License Required: Yes
· Certifications Required: ACLS (required through AHA) PALS, BLS
· Minimum Experience Required: Epidural & Regional/Spinal Blocks

Credentialing Timeframe: TBD
