Call negotiable or may not be required

Some clients will license, accept IMLC, or your license must be active/expired

Hospitals/Outpatient/Surgery Centers

Travel and lodging covered

Malpractice insurance covered

Cases: varies

Credentialing: 2 weeks-90 days
