Type of cases required: ENDO, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Plastics, GYN, General, Ortho, Urology, Oral, ENT, Trauma, Heart.
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient
Case logs required - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks.

EMR system: paper charting
BLS, ACLS are needed.
