· Patient population/age: adult, pediatric, neonatal
· Department description: Trauma Level 4 Facility
· EMR: Paper Charting
· Skills required: general, adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia surgery, obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases, thoracic cases (except open heart), complex orthopedic cases, post-op epidural, post-op extremity blocks, use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks, vent management, evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: None
· Certifications required: ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 45 Days
