Location: Dayville, Connecticut. Located about an hour northeast of Hartford, CT, and less than a hour and a half southeast of Boston. Facility: Community Mental Health Center Opportunity: Psychiatrist (Child and Adolescent- Outpatient) * Outpatient opportunity to work with mixed patient population (50/50 ration of kids and adolescents to adults). * 40 hours per week with NO CALL * Opportunity to teach and be involved in a research project with Yale, if desired * One hour and half for initial evaluation and thirty min follow up med checks. * Staff currently includes 3 Psychiatrists and 6 Psych NP’s, big support staff and therapist. Also have a primary care physician and a few primary care NP’s * Qualify for Federal Medical School Loans forgiveness program * EMR program is Integrative * Patient population varies but a fair amount of more chronic and persistently mental ill clients * Flexibility when needed to work from home. Will provide laptop and cell phone Compensation: Salary $300,000-330,000. Full benefits include CME, Allowance, Pension plan 4% match, PTO, Health, Dental and other insurances.
