Job Description:

-At least 2 years' CURRENT allergy (preferred) or family medicine NP/PA employment experience REQUIRED.
-Training does not count toward this amount.
-Practice autonomously, treat patients of all ages
-Full-time, average 15-25 patients per day
-No hospital call, practice call only
-Hospital-employment
-Seeking long-term commitment to ensure continuity of care
-Cerner EMR
-This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
-Clean malpractice and license are required.

REQUIREMENTS
-Board Certified NP/PA - REQUIRED
-OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
-At least 2 years' CURRENT Allergy (preferred) or Family Medicine NP/PA employment experience - REQUIRED
-Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
