Job description

• Schedule Details: 4 days - 8 hours. No weekends or call requirements. We are closed for all major holidays.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: Healthie
• Patient Age Group: Adults- employees of the warehouse
• Procedures: Clean cases only- no dismissals

Requirements:
• Board Certifications: Required
• State License(s): PA license with no malpractice reports
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks. Quick/low maintenance credentialing process.
