Job description

Start Date: 30-60 day credentialing
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 4 days a week- Hours 7-4 or 8-5 depending on center

Coverage needed for Lewiston, Oxford, Augusta, Scarborough based on schedule needs
· EMR: All scripts
· Patient Population/Age: All ages- Must be willing to see patients 2+

Requirements:
· License Required: Active ME license
