Contract Length: Temp until perm hired
Shift Details: Monday-Friday; 6a-3p (full time). No weekends or call requirements. We are closed for all major holidays. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-Time
· Patient population/age: adults only
· Department Description: Archive aims to help people flourish by meeting our most important mental and physical needs. We run onsite healthcare clinics across multiple US states, and have expanded into Mexico, working with a range of healthcare providers: nurses and nurse practitioners, psychotherapists, doctors, nutritionists, and physical therapists.
· EMR: Healthie
· Hospital bed size: 100 people in the factory of our client.
Practice Setting:
• Clinic

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Must be board certified
· License required: Must be licensed in the state of CA. Must have a clean license with no malpractice reports
· DEA: Must have DEA
· CSR: N/A
· Certifications preferred: BLS and CPR certifications preferred
· Minimum experience required: 1 yr

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks. Quick/low maintenance credentialing process
