Location: Fayette

Start date: December 15, 2024
13-week assignment with the option to extend

Schedule Details: Monday-Friday; 6:00am - 3:00pm; No weekends or on-call requirements. We are closed for major holidays.

Work Details:
•Practice Setting: private on-site clinic. The role involves collaborating with other health professionals to deliver insightful, compassionate care that has a positive impact on the well-being of factory employees.
•EMR/Charting Software: tbd
•Avg. Daily Census: catering to approximately 340 people
•Patient Age Group: adult

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Required
• State License(s): Ohio license required – must be clean
• Certifications: BLS and CPR certifications preferred
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1-2

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
