Locum NP/PA Hospitalist need in West Branch, MI 

Client covers all travel expeneses

Start: ASAP - Credentialing takes 30 days 

LOA: 3-6 months

Work Schedule: In-patient
3-7 admits per night
15-20 patients to round on
ICU acuity is low
Monday - Sunday, 7p-7a
7 on/ 7 off

Patient Volume: In-patient
3-7 admits per night
15-20 patients to round on
ICU acuity is low

Procedures: 
indirect Laryngoscopy Intubation
Insertion and Management of Central Venous Catheters
Insertion and Management of Arterial Catheters
Moderate Sedation
Lumbar Puncture
Endotracheal Intubation and Extubation
Ventilator Management Including Readiness for And Administering Respirator Weaning/Oxygen Therapy and Extubation. Assessing Need for Intubation
Insertion of Arterial Lines, Central Venous Lines Either Percutaneously or By Cut Down
Chest Tube Insertion
Tracheostomy care including tube change
Arterial Line Insertion and Removal (Radial and Femoral)
CVC Line Placement
External Pacing Including Adjusting Temporary Epicardial, Transvenous Or Transcutaneous Pacemaker as necessary management of Tension Pneumothorax in Emergent Situation
EMR: Epic/Dragon Dictation

License: MI - Will wait for license 

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA 

Background experience: 2 years

Staff: Full support staff
