We are looking for a motivated and Enthusiastic Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full-time or part-time in Clear Lake, IA.

Duties:
• New Patient exams/evaluations (past medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records/imaging)
• Order imaging/labs/bloodwork
• Review diagnostic results of imaging/labs/bloodwork
• Diagnosis
• Treatment plans
• Treatments may include (Trigger point injections, joint injections, PRP injections)
• Patient education
• Documentation- timely and accurate
Qualifications:
• Graduation from an Accredited NP/PA program
• NP/PA state license in IA
