- fully remote
- average of 10 patients / day
- occasional child & adolescent, but mainly adults
- evaluations: up to 90 minutes
- med check: 30 - 45 minutes
- Promise ID required
- Suboxone experience is a plus

• Monday - Friday (8a - 4:30p)
• Outpatient setting
