Job description

This opportunity has the ability to grow into more days once the provider gets ramped up!
- Comfortable seeing all ages, but primarily adults
- Average 10-15 patients per day
- Flexible on time
- minimum 3 month contract with open to extend
- must have FULL PRACTICE authority
- Evals: 60 mins
- Follow Ups: 30-45 mins
