Occupational Medicine - near Birmingham, AL

- Brand new site opening 15 minutes from downtown Birmingham

- Will have experienced NP working with physician

- Board certified and experienced in occupational health with DOT & MRO certification a plus

- Will consider Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine with experience in occupational health

- 7:30-5, Monday through Friday, cut off appointments at 4 p.m.

- Outpatient only, average 30 patients per day

- No call

- No weekends

- Practice is 30 years old

- Systoc – electronic medical record

- Work as an integrated team of providers

- Brand new well-equipped clinic

- 224 hours PTO per year
