Job description

Setting: L&D, PP, GYN Emergency/ORs
Duties: Covering Ob-Gyn Call for three facilities (Immanuel, Mercy, and Bergan) including consults, delivery, rounding (including rounds with fellows), minor/major gynecologic surgeries. Will include covering a practice as well as unassigned Ob-Gyn call. Individual will back up CNMs and Family Medicine w/ OB providers.
Days per month: Average 6
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: N/A – L&D and OR Nursing; will work with CNMs (backing up CNMs and being on standby for labor or nearby for recommendations on labor progression)
Reason for Coverage: Needing call relief for a practice of 6 MDs (4.24 FTEs)
Deal breakers: Has not performed 20+ deliveries in the last year.
