Location: Small town in South Carolina- Less than two hours to Charleston, hour and a half to Hilton head and an hour plus to Savannah, Georgia. Facility: A non-profit, 501(c)3, primary health care organization Provides accessible and quality primary and preventive health care services in a patient-centered manner Opportunity: Our providers typically see all ages and diagnosis codes.
