Psychiatrist needed for neurotheraputics clinic expanding to Nashville

Job description

Our neurotherapeutic clinic is expanding to Green Hills in Nashville, Tennnessee and is seeking a part or full time psychiatrist to oversee our TMS and Spravato treatment modalities, with potential for limited medication management. Our clinic seeks to collaborate with community psychiatrists, talk therapists, and primary care physicians to offer neurotheraputcis (IV ketamine, Spravato, and TMS) as a treatment options for their treatment-resistant patients. Our IV ketamine service will be overseen by an emergency-department trained physician.

Part-Time Description:
Goal: Psychiatric oversight of Middle Tennessee clinics (anticipate 3+)

Weekly Commitment: Approx. 16 hours

TMS Mapping: provide initial mapping procedures for new TMS patients
Limited Patient Chart Review: From time to time, review a portion of patient charts and follow-up mood surveys to ensure the clinical team is providing appropriate care and documentation

Diagnostic / Screening: Telehealth psychiatric diagnostic appointments with the portion of inbound patients without a sufficient psychiatric diagnosis

Full-Time:
Role (previously discussed, plus):
Advocacy: throughout footprint and in new markets, attendance at relevant conferences
Medication Management: in select cases where patients do not have established psychiatry relationships
Medical leadership within the overall company
Oversee data aggregation and validation of patient outcomes from treatments, publishing of white papers or academic papers as warranted.
