Licensing and Other Requirements:
• Active FL State Medical License
• Board Certified
• Active DEA
• MQSA required
• Must be open to having a conversation with clinical leadership
• Required- All Breast IR Procedures
• Mammo & Breast IR
• This is strictly mammo no DX reads are required
• Inpatient

• M-F
• Min 7 shifts per month
• Looking fora Fall 2024 start
