Job description

A facility in Fontana, CA is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Location: Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday plus 3 days during the week (40 hours per week)
Types of Cases: Well-child physicals for ages 9-12, well-baby and child visits for immunizations
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Requirements: Must be board certified and have active California license
