Outpatient Endocrinology Physician needed in Seguin, TX

Outpatient Endocrinology (MD), private practice
Start Date: mid-Sept
Contract Length: 13 weeks (maternity coverage)
Shift Details: Looking for 2-3 days coverage between Mon - Thurs
Schedule: 8a-5p
Work Details:
• $220/hour
• Support staff: 2 Med Assistants trained in Endo, front office coordinator that knows the practice
• Patients per day: 10-15
• Patient population/age: most patients are 18+, some diagnosis are seen 16+ (thyroid cancer, other thyroid conditions).
• EMR: Athena, experience preferred but not required.
• Skills required: Basic outpatient Endo insulin management, pumps, CPNs, no rounding at all at the facility.
Practice Setting:
Requirements:
• Board Certification: YES
• State license required: Yes, required, preference is local, may consider travel on a case by case depending on availability
• Minimum experience required: 1yr+

Credentialing Timeframe: no credentialing at the facility, can start in a week.

• Mid September start
• 3 months contract
